Rules

These rules should be used as guidelines for how to use HSREndgameDB.

1. Submitted content must be related to Honkai: Star Rail endgame content

Endgame content as defined by HSDEndgameDB is comprised of Memory of Chaos (MoC), Pure Fiction (PF), and Apocalyptic Shadow (AS).

Gameplay from other game modes such as Simulated Universe, overworld enemies, or Calyx encounters will not be accepted. Gameplay from other games with similar endgame systems will also not be accepted.

Reason: This website only supports Honkai: Star Rail MoC, PF, and AS clears in its UX.

2. Submitted videos should show full clears from beginning to end and must include a character showcase

Videos that omit essential parts of the clear, such as choosing AS or PF buff, will not be accepted unless the omissions are clearly explained and verifiable.

Posts that don't show the builds of the characters used will not be accepted.

Videos that don't show the clear to completion will not be accepted.

Excessive editing should also be avoided.

Reason: Witholding information about a clear can reduce clarity and raise more questions than answers. Edits could also be used as a way to fabricate a noteworthy clear.

3. Submitted content must be from previous or current official releases of the game

Clears from the beta server, content creator experience, or other pre-release environments will not be allowed

Reason: Pre-release environments are not representative of what will come to the live servers. Some pre-release environments also come with a NDA or other related obligations which prohibit the sharing of pre-release content in any form.

4. Submitted content must be primarilly related to the clear

User submitted content such as titles and descriptions must be related to documenting information about the clear.

In the case of clear videos that are embeded within a longer video, please submit a timestamped link.

Furthermore, obsence and hateful behavior in user submitted content is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: hate speech, obscenity, and harassment.

Reason: HSREndgameDB is not a social platform. Its sole purpose is to document clears and make them easier to find.

5. No Excessive Promotion

User uploaded content such as decriptions, titles, and videos must not contain promotions to persons or entities unrelated to the clear.

For example, links to build guides or credits to people who helped are fine but links to merchandise stores or affiliate links are not.

Reason: HSREndgameDB is not a social platform. Its sole purpose is to document clears and make them easier to find. Promoting helpful resources and giving proper credits are important but advertising unrelated good and services is not.

  • Site administrators will refer to the posted rules when making decisions regarding the moderation of user uploaded content; however, they retain the final discretion in interpreting and enforcing these rules.
